Purpose or General Objective: To perform administrative tasks to assist the Human Resources department.


Essential Duties:

  • Perform various light office duties such as sorting, filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
  • Screen job applications and coordinate interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Perform basic audits of various HR items.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.
  • Continually support and work cooperatively as a team player with all departments within GICMH.
  • Serve as a positive role model to all employees, participants, and customers.
  • Maintain appropriate and professional verbal communication, appearance, and actions.
  • Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding any work issues.
  • Ability to attend all scheduled training and meetings.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office platforms.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
