Hours: 8am – 5:30pm with one hour lunch period. This is an onsite role.

Essential Duties:
- Support CEO & firm leadership with all day-to-day functions
- Support staff accounting with administrative support team as needed
- Management of CEO finances, scheduling & calendaring, meeting & event planning
- Ordering of supplies, resources, catering, and meals
- Travel planning & coordination
- Compose correspondence, company memos and other communications on behalf of CEO
- Prepare various reports, financial statements, as well as client & meeting materials
- Maintain client demographics and other client information within company systems
- Greet visitors and answer all firm calls professionally
- Order and maintain inventory and stock firm supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Hours: 8am – 5:30pm with one hour lunch period. This is an onsite role.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree with 2 years’ experience in a professional office setting supporting leadership
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Quicken and/or QuickBooks preferred
- Above average ability in math & experience working with financial statements preferred
- Strong attention to detail is needed to be effective in this role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present information in a professional manner to individuals and small groups
