Job Summary
Provides first level IT support for internal end-users, devices, peripherals, and software.
Responsibilities
- Triages requests for IT assistance from the help desk system, phone calls, and walk-ins – resolving or escalating as needed.
- Installs, modifies, and makes repairs to end-user computing devices, peripherals, and software including Point of Sale systems.
- Conducts preventative maintenance for end-user and point-of-sale equipment at all locations.
- Assists in managing user accounts and access control.
- Manages company-issued cell phones.
- Supports IT-related construction projects, including cabling, camera systems, and A/V equipment.
- Maintains accurate documentation including ticket resolutions, knowledge books, and inventory.
- Guides staff on the use of equipment and software.

Education
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field required
Experience
- 1 year in IT Support required
- Valid driver's license and insurance required
- Scissor lift license preferred
- Mobility: Required to stand; frequently walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
- Dexterity: Requires hands to manipulate, feel, reach, lift and/or carry.
- Sensory: Able to see objects, colors at close range or distance, peripheral, and depth vision, communicate orally with normal hearing decibel.
- Lifting: Medium work (frequently lifts and/or carries 25 to 50 lbs. using safety measures in place.)
- Driving: The operation of a motorized passenger vehicle or other vehicles such as forklifts.
- Climbing: Such as ladders or scaffolding

- Maintain a reliable vehicle
- Frequent travel within GIWM territory (generally in agency vehicle)
