What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human resource assistant position at Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc.?
Job Summary : Responsible for reviewing and processing paperwork in a timely manner to include but not limited to new hires, transfers, promotions, and wage increases.
Also assists the Human Resources staff with special projects and as needed. Provides backup coverage to the HR office / department when coverage is needed.
Job Requirements : High school diploma / GED is required. Some college preferred. Equivalent related experience may be substituted for education.
One to two years experience in related field preferred. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
