Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
* Develop and implement effective inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
* Manage sales transactions, including processing returns and resolving customer complaints.
* Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute business plans, setting goals and objectives for sales, revenue, and productivity.
* Supervise and train retail store associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
* One year of experience in retail management or a related field; two years or more preferred.
* Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
