Position Title : Business Analyst
Location : New Castle
Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm
Pay Rate : $32.00 per hour.
Job description :
The Business Analyst will be responsible for helping to build and manage data ingestion and data usage that drives DSAMH’s advanced analytics. The role will be influential in onboarding data that will be used to help the Division by gathering, manipulating and synthesizing data models and other relevant information to draw conclusions and make recommendations resulting in implementable strategies. The role will produce performance metrics and other reports to help inform overall business decisions for the division.
Qualifications :
- Evaluates data, trends and communicates insights on what is going on with each segment of the Division.
- Provides monthly reporting to key senior management reports.
- Executes specifically requested analyses, ad hoc reports and provides the “story”, not just the data, to managers and supervisors.
- Provides support in developing pre and post analyses for business and informatics initiatives with ongoing tracking against stated objectives.
- Automate and improve existing data processes in complex environment
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data supporting various communications
- Gather, clarify and document data requirements within communications.
- Continuously monitor processes for accuracy and completeness of data.
- Define and oversee critical metrics
- Utilizes appropriate tools to meet ad hoc informational needs and understand the data model and data use of systems.
- Provides insights on client journeys.
- Supports Revenue Cycle Program Managers as requested.
- Develops Revenue Cycle monitoring reports.
- Proven ability to work with a variety of systems, sources of data and analytic tools
- SQL or Tableau Reporting experience is a plus.
