Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals in staffing, recruitment, and retention.
• Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, training programs, and initiatives to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Manage core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, investigations, and training & development.
• Foster employee engagement, recognition, and professional growth opportunities to enhance team performance and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and industry best practices.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of senior HR management experience, ideally in a multi-property role.
• Bachelor’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
