Catering Sales Manager Requirements/Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow catering sales
• Develop strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create customized catering menus
• Manage event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients
• Oversee event execution and resolve any issues that arise
• 3 years of experience as a catering manager in an upscale hotel
• Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
