Complex Director Of Sales And Catering Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead the sales and catering team to exceed revenue goals
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Manage group revenue, catering sales, and conference services
• 3 years as a Director of Sales in a 4-star (or higher) hotel with 350 rooms
• 5 years of hotel sales experience
• Experience in group sales, contracts, and event sales (catering experience preferred)
• Pre-opening or condo/hotel sales experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Hospitality (or equivalent experience)
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
