We are seeking a dynamic Controller to join our team, offering an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance. This role involves gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial data while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

Controller Position Overview :

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will play a critical role in coordinating financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, and leveraging strong business system skills (particularly QuickBooks and Excel ) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Controller Key Responsibilities :

• Set clear objectives and realistic goals for the finance and office staff
• Ensure timely reconciliation of financial statements on a monthly basis
• Develop and maintain cash flow strategies across all companies
• Ensure accurate balancing of bank statements each month
• Conduct weekly inventory research and analysis
• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
