Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the catering business, including logistics, staffing, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary and sales teams to align operations with client expectations and company goals.
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate resources for on-site and off-site events, ensuring flawless execution from setup to breakdown.
- 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proven expertise in logistics, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with catering software and systems, as well as a solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors.
