Restaurant District Manager Requirements & Responsibilities :

• Experience : 2 years of multi-unit management in concepts with breakfast, lunch, and late-night service.
• Visionary Leadership : Develops and communicates a clear vision for success aligned with the company’s business plan.
• Coaching and Development : Leads by example, setting high personal standards and clear expectations while coaching teams to drive business success.
• Passion for Excellence : Motivated and enthusiastic about creating exceptional dining experiences.
• Self-Starter : Results-driven and continuously seeking ways to improve operations and performance.
• People-Oriented : Fosters a positive and supportive environment through strong leadership and relationship-building.
