Group Sales Manager Responsibilities/Requirements

• Develop and grow group sales through proactive prospecting and relationship management
• Implement sales strategies to maximize room and catering revenue
• Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and attend industry events
• Work closely with the Director of Sales and General Manager on pricing strategies
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure exceptional service
• 3 years of hotel group sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales software (Delphi, Ivvy, or similar)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
