Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for maintaining excellence? We're seeking a Chief Engineer to lead our boutique hotel's maintenance and engineering operations!
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage all property maintenance and engineering operations.
- Ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the hotel’s facilities, systems, and equipment.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and guest concerns.
- Stay ahead of the curve with preventive maintenance plans and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in engineering or maintenance management (hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, including pool
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
