What You’ll Do: Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach the kitchen team—set the bar high and always deliver
• Foster a respectful and supportive work environment while holding your team accountable
• Be hands-on and fully immersed in all aspects of the kitchen
• Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness at all times
• Keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain tight controls on portion sizes, recipe adherence, prep work, and waste

What You Bring: Kitchen Manager Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume, systems-oriented restaurant (casual to upscale-casual)
• A proven track record of strong leadership, including a friendly, coach-like mentality and the ability to uphold standards by example
• Skills in inventory management and ordering—previous experience is a must
• Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards
• A passion for building relationships, exceeding expectations, and fostering a positive culture
