Goodworks Unlimited is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team at Carrick Glen in Mount Juliet. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.This role is within a warm and welcoming senior living community, where we embrace a "family-like" atmosphere. The ideal candidate for this position embodies patience, a lighthearted spirit, and exceptional listening skills, creating an environment of trust, joy, and genuine care.The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications, strong computer skills, monthly invoicing, ability to communicate effectively with seniors on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls & general inquiries
- Manage additionalfront desk staff
- Act as point person for office guests.
- Assist with new employee paperwork & orientation
- Closely working with Managers in other Departments
- Scanning, emailing, copy daily
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
