Position Description
In the role of Administrative Assistant for Goodyear’s Legal team, you will provide administrative support to ensure effective, efficient, and confidential office operations. Included in this role will be tactical and complex scheduling and calendaring, meeting coordination, communication cross functionally as well as non-contractual document editing and proofing. Team building is critical to the success in this role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule daily, weekly, and monthly meetings / appointments. Revise schedule using own judgment with respect to the guidance provided by the leader regarding prioritizing meetings.
Respond to calls and resolve inquiries using thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Experience managing multiple calendars and e-mail.
