Administrative Assistant
United Disability Services is a not-for-profit agency serving Summit County and surrounding areas. At UDS, our mission is to provide and support inclusive, life-enriching options through person-centered programs and advocacy.
We are seeking a highly energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant supports Adult Services and is responsible for scheduling, data entry, reporting, billing, tracking information, and communication with individuals served, employees, and outside agencies. This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Program Supervisors.

Availability:
- This position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm
- 7.5-hour shift (37.5 hours/week)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1-2 years previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must pass a Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), physical and drug screen
Pay Range: $16.55 to $19.02
