Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Exception processing and daily activities, ensuring timely workflow and documentation.
- Accounting, bookkeeping, and electronic banking functions management.
- Implementation and maintenance of bank policies, procedures, and controls to minimize risk.
- Monthly investment records reconciliation and entry ticket processing.
- Confidentiality of customer conversations and proprietary bank information.
- Customer issue resolution through prompt response to inquiries and requests.
- Achieving effective ACH originator management, including training and annual review.
- Developing and maintaining business banking relationships within the digital platform.
- Core case management coordination.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with various products, services, and delivery systems.
- Delivering exceptional customer service according to GRB standards.
- Supporting colleagues to maintain and enhance customer service.
- Representing GRB in community and civic organizations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adherence to established opening and closing procedures.
- Participation in training and bank meetings related to the position.
