Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Prepare accurate estimates and maintain transparency throughout the service process.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient workflow in the shop.
- Explain repair and maintenance services clearly, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and service offerings to provide the best advice.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a busy environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive concepts; a passion for cars and repairs is a must!
- Proficient with computer systems and management software.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
