Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee outreach efforts, maintaining and organizing contact lists.
- Assist in office operations, scheduling, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and improve workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document management and data organization.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email campaign software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
