Job Type: Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and referrals for effective treatment.
- Apply evidence-based methods to help clients reach their goals.
- Execute mandated reporting and uphold ethical standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support an adaptive and inclusive work environment.
- Perform thorough assessments and craft individualized treatment approaches.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
- Two or more years’ experience in outpatient care.
- Skilled communicator, adept at working with diverse populations.
- Proficiency with electronic systems and documentation.
