Overview
Elite Global Investment Firm is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a hybrid IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and storage solutions, alongside cloud experience, and a strong focus on automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain server, networking, Active Directory, and IaaS/PaaS cloud services in a Microsoft-centric environment.
- Manage VMware virtualization, Cisco UCS blade servers, and enterprise storage solutions (Pure, EMC).
- Develop automation scripts for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and repeatable processes using PowerShell, Terraform, and SQL.
- Oversee Exchange Online and messaging systems, ensuring high availability and security.
- Implement and manage Azure AD, M365, and AWS environments, optimizing performance and scalability.
- Provide 24x7 support for critical infrastructure as part of an on-call rotation.
- Ensure compliance with change control and documentation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in Microsoft ecosystems: Windows Server (2019 ), Azure AD, M365, Exchange Online, Intune, DNS, DHCP.
- Strong experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Cisco UCS, and enterprise storage solutions.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and cloud-based compute/storage solutions.
- Experience implementing high-availability, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Linux server administration (RedHat, CentOS) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Experience with SIEM/security best practices in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience is a plus.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
