Highlights of what our Purchasing Administrative Assistant will do:
- Consults catalogs and contacts suppliers to obtain prices and specifications
- Assist with vendor reconciliations
- Types or writes invitation of bid forms and mails forms to supplier firms or for public posting
- Maintains and distributes delivery and order logs
- New project set up and change orders in Purchasing program
- Confers with suppliers concerning delivery dates
- Create and track submittals
- Purchase order administration in Paperless and Sage environment
- Traces delinquent arrivals from P.O.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Basic knowledge and experience with Excel and Google Docs
