Position Summary
This position reports to South Deerfield, Massachusetts and requires light traveling occasionally. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting business needs and growth by supporting the D-Level managers with calls, documents, schedules, reports, and compliance. The position requires the ability to prioritizes conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented with a background in Human Resources, Safety, or has previous as an Exectuive Assistance or Office Manager.

Requirements
- Strong written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
- 3-5 years human resources or relevant experience preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in a safety role preferred
- Previous experience in Recruiting, Training, and Development a plus!

- HRIS knowledge and technological aptitude
- Social Media content management, marketing, and advertising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities
- Assists in record compliance for D Level management
- Completes all reporting requirements for D Level management
- Administrative duties: scheduling, calling, faxing, emailing, posting, and ordering
- Accurate system records maintenance
- Recruitment (develop job advertisements, post jobs, screen resumes)
- Utilize phone screening SOP to schedule qualified candidates for interviews with respective Directors
- Extend employment offers for best fit candidates
- Travel to job fairs and other events as a company representative
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientation
- Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential
- Other duties as required
