GoVine Insurance is an insurance brokerage writing policies in almost all 50 states. We are looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist who is searching for an opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Please note, this is not a remote position. We are only looking for South Florida applicants that can work 9am-6pm Monday through Friday at our Fort Lauderdale location.
Responsibilities:
- Performing insurance verifications to ensure that documents and applications were completed properly
- Perform all tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor and other Back Office Managers
- Preparing and analyzing internal and external quality reports for management review
- Providing structured and timely recommendations through verbal or written feedback to agents, leadership, and training staff
- Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Service department to ensure that any issues are addressed
