- Licensure : Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota with at least 5 years of experience in home health care.
- Skills : Strong clinical abilities and in-depth knowledge of geriatric healthcare.

- Organization : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
