We are seeking a dedicated BSA / Compliance Officer to enhance our compliance framework. This vital role involves overseeing and enforcing our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs, ensuring compliance with both federal and state regulations, and managing the institution’s overall regulatory risk.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee the BSA / AML and OFAC compliance programs.
- Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activities, and ensure timely filing of SARs and CTRs.
- Conduct staff training on compliance protocols and ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Perform regular risk assessments and compliance audits.
- Serve as the primary contact for regulatory bodies during audits and examinations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the institution remains compliant.
- Manage and ensure the integrity of compliance-related software systems.
- Offer support and guidance to staff on all compliance-related matters.
