Director of Business Development – Construction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to join our client's team and lead efforts you must have public work experience with projects in 1 of the following sectors : government, higher education, or K-12.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leverage your existing industry relationships to drive business development initiatives and secure projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to craft compelling RFQs, including content creation as needed.
- Strategize and lead efforts on public and private bid processes, including Design-Build and CM at Risk projects.
- Maintain client relationships and represent the company at industry and trade events.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, focusing on high-value construction projects.
