This company is looking for PREMIER candidates to fill their open position of Director of Marketing and Communications . We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established Real Estate Group find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Director of Marketing and Communications with extended experience in commercial and residential Real Estate / Property Management. Requirements :
- Experience : 10 years of experience in Marketing (last 5yrs in management)
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, communication, or related field.
- Experience overseeing Marketing team
- Demonstrated experience in multifamily (Socal or Vegas area)
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns across various channels (Email, Social media, etc.)
- Highly-motivated and proactive
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
