Marketing Coordinator

An award winning Architectural firm known for its community-centric projects that have shaped and celebrated the identity of Kansas City and our regional community is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, generating leads, and supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: Create and manage the production of high-quality proposals and qualification packages.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Brand Management: Manage and maintain our website and other digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Marketing Assets: Create and manage a collection of marketing assets, such as narratives, graphics, photos, templates, and proposal materials.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Business Development Support: Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Public Relations: Support the firm's public relations efforts, including media outreach and awards submissions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3 years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry or a design-related field
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for design and a keen eye for detail
