Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in close collaboration with firm partners and support staff.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the legal process.
- Uphold the firm's high standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in PA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law or related field.
- Proven track record of successful case management and client advocacy.
- Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
