We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our thriving legal team. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to work on a wide variety of personal injury cases, which includes, but not limited to, vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice, and product liability. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and delivering justice.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our thriving legal team. Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal support and advice to clients who have suffered personal injuries.
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
- Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the validity and potential value of the claim.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and medical malpractice.
- Provide exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication, providing updates, and explaining complex legal issues in an understandable manner.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law with a focus on plaintiff representation.
- Proven track record in handling and winning personal injury cases, particularly those involving medical malpractice.
- Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law, liability, and medical malpractice.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to resolve complex cases favorably.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal principles clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
