Job Description : Contents Field Supervisor – Restoration Projects

Location :  Wilmington, DE

Compensation : $50,000–$70,000 annually (First-year target : $60,000)

Position Overview :

We seek a Contents Field Supervisor to manage mitigation projects, including fire and contents restoration. This role splits time evenly between office and fieldwork, with on-call duties one week per month. The ideal candidate has hands-on contents restoration experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee fire, water, and contents restoration projects.
• Lead teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Manage contents restoration processes and serve as the primary field contact.
• Rotate on-call duties and handle occasional after-hours emergencies.
• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and client communication.
