Job Description
- Coordinate proposal development from kick-off to final submission with a focus on overall content quality, team communication, and adherence to deadlines while following established best practices.
- Analyze and dissect RFP/Qs to create a strategy document at kick-off that outlines the requirements of the proposal, including technical requirements, specified format, and financial elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce varied proposal components, including customized resumes, qualifications packages, cover letters, charts/tables, and similar documents using Word, Excel, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Maintain the reference and subconsultant data repositories, and update periodically.
- Track and update proposals within GPI's CRM platform, Deltek VantagePoint.
Requirements
- ~2 years of relevant experience – internships count
- ~ A bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related area is preferred, but we will consider all candidates, regardless of degree.
- ~ Flexible attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
