GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. is seeking a talented Proposal Creation Expert to support our proposal teams in creating high-quality proposals. As a Proposal Creation Expert, you will be responsible for developing creative and effective proposals that meet client specifications.
The successful candidate will have experience in content production roles, with a strong background in copy editing, writing, and graphic design. You will work closely with technical staff, other marketing teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely development and gathering of technical and cost elements of proposals.
Responsibilities of this position include producing varied proposal components, such as customized resumes, qualifications packages, cover letters, charts/tables, and similar documents using Microsoft Office Suite. You will also maintain the reference and subconsultant data repositories and update them periodically.
