Lead Maintenance - Houston, TX 77477

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain property standards and prevent issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Work closely with property management to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in property maintenance or a related field.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Certifications: HVAC certification preferred (EPA Universal or Type I & II).
• Leadership: Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Availability: Ability to work on-call for emergencies as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
