About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to lead Workday HCM and Security across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is both strategic and hands-on, overseeing system configuration, optimization, and governance while managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday HCM strategy, configuration, and security administration.
- Manage a small team, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Oversee security roles, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to enhance system functionality.
- Drive continuous improvement and Workday best practices in a challenging environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of Workday experience, covering HCM and Security.
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration and troubleshooting.
- Leadership experience with small teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Expertise in business process frameworks, security models, and reporting.
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
