Job Title: Associate Forge Pastor (High School Ministry)
Direct Report: High School Director or Executive Director
Role Commitment: 20 hours a week (Working towards 40)

Position description: The Associate High School Pastor is responsible for cultivating relationship with the students for mentorship, sermon writing, public speaking, helping plan events, helping coordinate services, helping to grow the small groups and leadership programs in Forge. Help to grow the Forge program and to support and help the High School Director/Pastor

- Be over the age of 21 (preferably 25 so they can help with rental vehicles and driving)

Responsibilities: May Include...
- General Duties:
- Responding to emails
- Follow up with new students
- Sermon writing
- Overseeing volunteers, parents, and students
- Overseeing service events
- Meeting with and mentoring students
- Meeting with parents
- Meeting with Volunteers
- Scheduling services
- Overseeing worship
- Sermon reviews
- Vision casting
- Additional Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list):
- Large Event planning (include but not limited to)- Rock the Universe, Fall Retreat and Mission Trips
- Small Event planning (including but not limited to) outreach, senior night, prom, LEAD (leadership classes), ministry booth, talent show, parent hangouts, summer madness, ROPE, laser tag/paintball, Friendsgiving and Christmas party.
- Training volunteers
- Baptisms
- Any other task assigned by Forge Ministry Director or GCC Executive Director
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26,000.00 - $28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
