*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Agency Trainer/ Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expierence working with the DDWavier, this canidate will be responsible for training and coordinating for the agency. This canidate will ensure compliance per DDWaiver standards and assist all departments in compliance. DDWaiver expierence a big plus but not required.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement training programs based on organizational needs
- Onboard new employees/contractors on training cources per DDWaiver requirements.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using various methods such as presentations, in person and virtual.
- Conduct research to enhance training materials and methods
- Manage conflicts that may arise during training sessions
- Collaborate with the Nursing and FSS Dept.
- Utilize Office Suite and web-based platforms.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in adult education or training delivery, a big plus.
- If not currently certified, this canidate will be required to complete all required certifications needed per DDWaiver standards.
- Excellent communicaiton and conflict management skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work with deadlines
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
