Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Accounting Team here at Gracent. In this role, you will handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors. This is a remote position, but the candidate must reside in one of the states listed in the requirements section. 

What you'll do:

• Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Handle accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors
• Communicate timely and effectively with Gracent team members about the status of payments and troubleshooting 
• Ensure bills are paid on-time while adhering to departmental procedures
• Process due invoices for payments
• Compare prices, terms of payment, and other charges for unusual activity

Requirements: 

• You have 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• You thrive working in a rapidly growing business with curiosity, humility, humor, and professionalism.
• You challenge the status quo and are always thinking of new and better ways of doing things.
• You are organized, can multi-task, and pay close attention to detail.
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• You have a strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• You reside in one of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah. At this time, we cannot accept candidates from other states.
