Now, you’re probably wondering a little more about what we are looking for, so here it is:
- HS Diploma or GED – Required
- Willingness to obtain Series 65 registration – Required
- Prior sales and financial services experience – Preferred
- General Knowledge of financial products/services
- Basic knowledge of Gradient strengths and how to position Gradient to flip the prospect to a VP of Marketing
- Basic knowledge of consumer marketing and branding techniques
- Proficient skill using Microsoft Office and Outlook programs
- Beginner skill in creating and maintaining relationships
- Ability to easily engage in conversation both over the phone AND in-person
What You’ll Do:
- Drive recruitment efforts by making outbound calls and following up with prospective advisors.
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment and activity goals (calls, dial time, etc.).
- Work closely with a team of senior and junior sales professionals to strategize and execute recruitment efforts.
- Guide new advisors through the affiliation and onboarding process in coordination with the registration team.
- Support advisors in leveraging our top-tier technology and marketing platforms to accelerate AUM growth.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and event participation, including AUM Academy, Advanced Advisor U, and New Gen.
- Engage in ongoing strategy development to enhance recruitment and retention efforts.
