Gradient Insurance Brokerage is an independent marketing organization offering fixed annuities and life insurance.
We are seeking motivated sales-minded individuals with a strong desire to succeed. The Launch Program is designed to offer mentorship, coaching, career development, and support in obtaining industry specific licensure. Over the course of this 90-day program, candidates will be responsible for recruiting financial service professionals to attend a training event aimed at enhancing their business and driving success. Upon mastering the program, candidates will have the opportunity to advance their careers within Gradient, contingent upon meeting key performance metrics. - Meet monthly recruiting expectations set forth by supervisor
- Meet monthly activity (both phone dial time and dial requirements) as set forth by supervisor
- Attend required training events as determined by supervisor
- Register financial service professionals for training events as determined by supervisor
- Gain Life and Health licensure before 90-day probationary period ends
- All other duties as assigned
