Now, you’re probably wondering a little more about what we are looking for, so here it is:
- High School Diploma or GED – Required
- Previous sales and recruiting experience - Preferred
- Experience with Gradient – specific technology software - Preferred
- Knowledge of sales language
- Knowledge of annuities
- Basic knowledge of Gradient strengths and how to position Gradient to flip the prospect to a VP of Marketing
- Knowledge of records administration and maintenance techniques and procedures
- Basic knowledge of knowledge of consumer marketing and branding techniques
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Office and Outlook programs
- Proficient skill with Home Office, HQ
- Beginner skill in creating and maintaining relationships.
- Skill in moving producers forward with Gradient
- Ability to easily engage in conversation both over the phone AND in-person.
- Ability to discern or ascertain caliber of the FSP.
Want some more specifics? Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Meet monthly recruitment expectations set forth by management
- Meet monthly activity, both phone time and dial requirements set forth by management
- Maintain call-out list
- Continue to enhance and grow the call-out list with new qualified prospective FSP’s
- Maintain contact with prospective FSP’s at a minimum of every 30 days
- Develop and maintain an intricate knowledge of all Gradient resources
- Answer all incoming recruiting calls
- Proactively call all leads provided by Gradient
- Attend required training events as determined by management
- Register FSP’s for training events as determined by Pod
- SmartOffice coding
- Drip Marketing
- Manage the Pods Hitter list
- Have a thorough knowledge of all Gradient companies and services
- All other duties as assigned
