Now, you’re probably wondering a little more about what we are looking for, so here it is:
- High School Diploma or GED – Required
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field – Preferred
- 1 years of job-relevant experience in media relations, marketing and/or branding – Required
- Knowledge of professional audio/video and staging techniques, facilities, and equipment
- Knowledge of project management
- Competent knowledge of the financial industry’s basic operations
- Proficient knowledge of office procedures and of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic
- Proficient knowledge of overall company structure
- Competent creative decision-making skills
- Proficient skill in time-management
- Proficient skill in multi-tasking

Want some more specifics? If you join the Luson Media crew, here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Provide program management for Financially Tuned Media Group programs, as assigned
- Assist the team in the management, coordination and scheduling of all media projects for FSPs
- Manage engagement package and all forms related to FSP projects
- Take incoming FSP inquiries, including calls, emails and face-to-face support
- Quote FSP project costs and manage billing internally and with any third-party vendors
- Process incoming orders and respond to emails in a timely manner, ensuring complete set up of FSP projects (engagement package, folder set up, billing, etc.)
- Review the accuracy and completeness of all requests before assigning to team members, vendors, etc.
- Manage FSP projects, based on agreed upon schedules and budget
- Maintain job files, track and monitor job progress, routes projects physically and/or virtually as needed to ensure proper files and artwork are released on time and on budget; partner to manage revisions and creative changes as needed
- Maintain job log of projects in progress, distributing to key stakeholders as applicable
- Maintain media archives
- Maintain manuscripts archives
- Schedule and prepare all required materials for face-to-face meetings for FSP and team members (i.e., green room filming, onsite events)
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
- Generate and provide monthly billing submission and/or manage submission of report;
- Provide bi-weekly program status updates to management
- Conduct manuscript interviews
- Manage the development and execution of content materials for program participants and initiatives
- Exercise judgment in content and editorial direction, design and production of all program materials
- Write and distribute content, as necessary, for release
- Promote programs to FSP to generate new users and maintain existing users
- Assist in recruiting new FSP by demonstrating the value of program
- Attend events for face-to-face recruitment and maintenance of existing users
- Create presentations and present to potential program users
- Educate and train internal employees on the merits of program
- Contact stations to research and negotiate airtime and additional value ad packages
- All other duties as assigned
