What we are looking for :
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Hospitality POS onboarding / implementation specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships from post-sale to go-live, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen eye for detail.
What you will do :
- Project Management : Oversee the entire implementation process, from post-sale to go-live, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Customer Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
- Hardware Installation : Install and configure POS hardware at customer sites, ensuring all components are functioning correctly.
- Training : Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers, ensuring they are proficient in using the POS system.
- Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed implementation plans, reports, and documentation.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Proven experience in POS implementation, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in hardware installation, network configuration, and software troubleshooting. Technical qualifications preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Project Management qualifications preferred.
- Meticulous in approach, with an eye for identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Strong experience in training end-users on new systems and technologies.
- Excellent people and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain partner relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
