Responsibilities
Manage inbound service calls; assisting customers with making reservation changes, educating them on tour itineraries, processing payments, and responding to inquiries.
Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software.
Communicate comprehensive information to travelers, including details about our products and policies.
Compete individually while maintaining a positive team spirit.
Demonstrate the ability to balance company values, key result areas (KRAs), and performance goals
Qualifications
2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
Must have experience working in a remote call center environment
Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems
Remote Work Requirements:
Must have hardwired internet (cannot use Wi-Fi)
Telephone Service - either through landline or VOIP
