Grand Design RV is currently looking for a Motorized Inside Sale Representative . As a Grand Design team member in this role, you will assist in identifying, nurturing leads, driving potential sales by understanding our brands and communicating business needs to sales, marketing, and customer service, based on information collected. Assist retail customers in identifying purchase opportunities and dealer locations in a timely manner.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Seek and understand all GDRV Motorized Brands and company culture
- Able to articulate dealer commitments
- Follow up on prospective sales via resources provided
- Answer calls and emails for sales or as communicated by Inside Sales Manager
- Assist in identifying creative ways to generate more leads
- Assist in all GDRV events such as GDRVU, National Owners Rally, Dealer Open House, etc
- Lead factory tours for customers daily
- Assist in prepping dealer visits including coordinating tours, lunch, etc
- Understand Customer Service and Parts asset structure to assist on calls
- Handle customer inquiries ranging from product information to a sold unit
- Be a resource for sales field reps with inquiries that may include taking pictures and confirming status
- Understand statistical surveys and able to interpret them for sales team/management
- All additional responsibility as communicated
Education & Experience
- High School education, prefer Associate or Bachelor Degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - ability to create/manipulate documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate reports for sales organization
Physical Demands
- Stand, walk, sit in a production environment a few hours a week
- Office sitting and standing environment
