Grand Oak Homes is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified in-house Sales Consultant.
This employee will coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand customer goals and challenges in the homebuying process
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota
- Understand and utilize all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policies
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the homebuying process
- Establishes Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and email follow up
- Attend or host events
- Display a thorough knowledge of the company's plan portfolio
- Assist customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Broker in North Carolina
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation
- Prior experience in new home sales (2 years preferred)
- CRM software experience
