WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the HHHunt New Homes Sales Associate (NHSA), you will support our New Home Advisors on their days off and on high-traffic days with the NHA, per Sales Management and Division needs. The NHSA reports to the Director of Sales and works in one or more communities weekly to support the sales efforts of the Division. The NHSA is a full-time role with HHHunt Homes and is trained on all parts of the HHHunt Homes Sales Process. NHSAs must be available to work two weekends a month, for NHA coverage.
- Welcome all visitors and fill out the guest registration
- Take incoming phone calls and assess the needs of callers
- Enter prospect information in NewStar and set appointment for prospects
- Oversee the appearance of the community and the model home
- Complete daily reports with observations of each day's activities
- Stay fully trained on all aspects of their community such as product, features, available homesites, pricing, special promotions
- Be a fully engaged Sales team member by participating in Sales meetings and participating in Homes initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
